Ich arbeite mit einem großen Satz von FHIR JSON -Bündeln (über 1000 Dateien) und möchte sie in eine OMOP -Datenbank (CDM) -Datenbank (MySQL) in OMOP geladen. Dies erzeugt jedoch sehr zeitaufwändig und komplex. Behandeln Sie gemeinsame FHIR
Ressourcen automatisch? MySQL, aber ich bin bei Bedarf für andere Werkzeuge offen.
