Nachdem cmake die erforderlichen Dateien und Ordner im Ordner C:\Programme\OpenCV\build\ generiert hatte, habe ich nmake im Build-Ordner ausgeführt. Bei Erfolg kann ich nmake install ausführen, und dann ist alles gut.
